You will receive the keys to your home upon signing the lease agreement, starting from the date your lease begins.
Take good care of your keys and do not give your home key to strangers. Lost keys and additional door openings are always charged separately.
Additional keys must always be ordered through our customer service at asiakas.palvelu@kiinteistoitatuuli.fi. Itätuuli will deliver the additional key to the customer against receipt.
If your key is lost or stolen, contact Itätuuli immediately at asiakas.palvelu@kiinteistoitatuuli.fi.
If you’re locked out with the key inside, call the door opening service 24/7 STSEC phone +358 45 209 8383. Door opening is only provided for residents living in the apartment who are registered tenants. Be prepared to verify your identity. NOTE! Door opening is always chargeable.
