If you have problems or faults in your home, please submit an electronic fault report. The fault report is automatically logged on our work list and you’ll receive help with your problem quickly. This also allows us to track the progress of the work.
Please note that in urgent matters, such as water damage, you must report the fault immediately by phone to property maintenance.
