We offer rental housing for students.
We have apartments of different sizes and prices to meet the needs of students.

UNFURNISHED ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT

Located in Suojalanpolku two kilometers from Lapland UAS.

Apartments are for 2 students.

You have your private room with lockable door and shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom with the other student in the apartment.
The kitchens are furnished and equipped. Bedrooms are unfurnished.

Shared apartments are either all-female or all-male. 

Rent

270 €/month/room (11 m²) + water charge  25 €/month
320 €/month/room (19 m²) with a balcony  + water charge  25 €/month 

Electricity is included in the rent.
No separate security deposit.
The resident orders an internet connection.

FURNISHED ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT FOR SHORT-TERM EXCHANGE STUDENTS

You have your private room with lockable door and shared kitchen/living room, toilet and bathroom with other students in the apartment. Apartment is for 6 students. This type of apartment is available all-female.
Your room is furnished at least with bed, chair, desk, desk lamp, wardrope, curtains and carpet.

Apartment for exchange students are located in the center of City of Kemi. The distance from Lapland UAS is 3 kilometers.

OTHER TYPES OF APARTMENTS

Most of our vacant apartments are two-room and kitchen apartments. Rent is approximately 500 €/month.
